Terms of service

By using Foodie Assembly you agree to these terms. They're here to keep reviews honest and fair to diners and to the restaurants, stalls and home-based sellers we list.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You're responsible for what's posted from your account.
• One account per person. Don't create accounts to boost or attack a business.

What you can post

• Only review food you actually ordered, and only one review per dish.
• Be honest and specific. Criticise the food, not the people who made or served it.
• Don't post reviews for businesses you own or work for, or reviews you were paid or rewarded to write.
• Post only photos you took yourself, or photos you have the right to share.
• Never post anyone's home address, phone number or other private details, including those of home-based sellers.
• No hate speech, harassment, threats, spam or illegal content.

Your content

You keep ownership of your reviews and photos. By posting them, you allow Foodie Assembly to display them on the site and use them to calculate ratings, rankings and prices, for as long as they're posted. You can delete them at any time.

Moderation

We may hide or remove content, reject listings, or suspend accounts that break these terms. New places, dishes and sellers are checked before they appear.

Listings and accuracy

Business details are compiled from public sources and community suggestions, and may be out of date. Ratings and prices reflect diners' opinions and reports, not facts we've verified. If you run a listed business and something is wrong, email us and we'll fix it.

No guarantees

Foodie Assembly is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we can't guarantee it, and we aren't responsible for meals, orders or dealings between you and any business listed here.
